Chandrababu Breaks The Silence On Rejoining NDA

It’s been 27 years since TDP chief Nara Chandrababu Naidu assumed the post of Chief Minister for the first time and on this occasion, he made key comments on rejoining NDA and also on TDP’s future in AP.

Firstly Naidu broke the silence on returning to the BJP led NDA. “Those who are reporting about TDP reuniting with BJP should answer it. I have nothing to say and will not comment anything right now on,” said Chandrababu and reminded that TDP walked out of the NDA government in 2018 keeping the interests of AP in mind.

Criticising AP CM YS Jagan, Chandrababu added that a leader should have vision not hatred. “Andhra Pradesh has lost immensely due to bifurcation but Jagan as CM is causing more damage to the state. Jagan is someone who doesn’t have minimum commitment towards society. In Jagan’s regime, all sectors and systems are being destroyed. Despite going to jail, there is no change in the attitude of Jagan. AP needs to rebuild again and it is only possible with TDP,” stated Chandrababu.

The TDP chief opined that politics and development should be seen differently. “I followed the same formula and focused more on administration. I did not bother about my party and so TDP lost twice in 2004 and 2019,” added Chandrababu.

The TDP chief’s clarification on rejoining BJP, has settled the buzz but still political analysts believe that there is a possibility.
