Political Parties Launch Sticker War In AP

With elections drawing near, the battle between the ruling and Opposition parties is intensifying by the day. The YCP and Jana Sena have locked horns and are involved in a sticker war which is likely to reach a peak by the time of elections.

During the last Assembly and general elections, some slogans had captured the attention of the public.

As the elections are just a year away, the political parties have begun readying catchy captions and slogans. As part of it, the ruling YCP launched a sticker campaign with Jagan’s photo on it. Countering this move, the Jana Sena too prepared stickers and is planning to launch a viral campaign.

The YCP prepared a sticker with Jagan’s photo and a slogan ‘Maa nammakam nuvve Jagan’ highlighting the welfare programmes implemented by the government in the last 3.5 years. These stickers would be stuck to the houses of the beneficiaries in the coming days. The YCP believes that these stickers would help Jagan win people’s heart as they would help the public know about the number of people benefited by his Navaratnalu schemes. The party has begun arrangements to paste these stickers to the beneficiaries’ houses soon.

Meanwhile, the Jana Sena has geared up to counter Jagan’s campaign. Jana Senani Pawan Kalyan had tweeted stating that Jagan had won the ‘Appu Ratna’ award. In continuation to it, the party also plans to launch the sticker war.

The party leaders prepared a sticker with the slogan ‘Maaku nammakam ledu Dora! Ninnu nammalem Jagan’ and are trying to make it viral on the social media. The sticker will carry the photo of a common man doing a namaskar to Jagan with his hands held above his head.

It is learnt that the TDP is also readying to launch one such sticker during election time.
