Kodi Kathi case: This Time Jagan Can’t Skip

The National Investigation Agency (NIA) court has summoned AP CM YS Jagan Reddy in connection with the Kodi Kathi case. The NIA court asked CM Jagan to appear before it the other day i.e, on March 14th. However, CM Jagan was occupied with AP Assembly budget sessions and skipped going to the court.

In the latest hearing, the NIA Court reiterated that CM Jagan should make his personal appearance compulsory as the case is in investigation stages. Along with CM Jagan, the court also asked Jagan’s PA Nageswara Reddy to appear before it. This case has been postponed to April 10th.

Meanwhile the police have submitted the swords, wallet, mobile phone to the NIA court. This is for the second time the NIA court has summoned CM Jagan for his personal presence and will he make it on April 10th?

In 2018, Jagan was the opposition leader and was flying to Hyderabad from Vizag. In the VIP lounge he was attacked by the accused Srinivas who was working as a staff in the airport. This incident raked up national headlines back then.
