Avinash Reddy Bail: Full Of Twists

Ahead of the CBI investigation and possible arrest, Kadapa MP YS Avinash Reddy appealed for anticipatory bail from the Telangana High Court by filing a lunch motion petition. Justice Surender Reddy bench heard Avinash’s anticipatory bail plea. Avinash Reddy claimed innocence and informed the court that the CBI is wrongly implicating him in Viveka’s murder. Avinash’s lawyer told the court that Bhaskar Reddy’s arrest was illegal as his petition was pending before the court.

Avinash Reddy said it is he who informed the police first about Viveka’s murder. He said the CBI has not investigated the in right direction. Amidst all this, the CBI advocate informed the court that Avinash Reddy is making excuses.

The court said Avinash sought permission for more time when he was asked for the third time to attend the investigation and now he again moved the court. CBI advocate informed the court that Avinash was allegedly responsible for misinformation to police and allegedly behind tarnishing evidence at the site of crime.

When the justice asked the CBI advocate about the chances of Avinash’s arrest, the advocate replied that the CBI could arrest him interrogating him. The justice has postponed the hearing of Avinash’s bail petition to tomorrow morning and directed the CBI to summon Avinash for interrogation at tomorrow evening.

Meanwhile, in a last-minute shocker to the entire issue, YS Sunitha has moved an implede petition in the High Court seeking an opportunity from the court to convey her version. With this, Avinash’s bail petition is full of twists and turns.

The CBI has postponed the investigation to tomorrow. In a fresh notice, the CBI had earlier asked Avinash Reddy to attend before the investigation tomorrow morning 10.30 AM. However, with HC’s order, the CBI will issue fresh notice to Avinash to appear before it on Tuesday evening. With this, all eyes are on the Telangana High Court’s verdict on Avinash’s anticipatory bail petition tomorrow and CBI’s investigation.
