The CBI team may summon Avinash Reddy for questioning and may shift him to Hyderabad for further questioning in the case where he is reportedly expected to be arrested. Earlier, the Telangana High Court had directed the CBI to provide the printed questions to MP Avinash Reddy on YS Viveka’s brutal murder. Setting these orders, the Supreme Court commented that such orders gravely prejudice the investigation of the CBI. With the Apex Court directing orders keeping aside HC orders, the way for CBI to arrest MP Avinash Reddy has been cleared.
