Lokesh Provoking His Cadre To Be Violent: YCP

YCP leaders alleged that TDP scion N. Lokesh was pushing his party cadre into trouble by making provocative statements during his Yuva Galam. “The more cases you have registered against you, the party will give you such a better position,” Lokesh allegedly told his cadre.

The YCP leaders faulted Lokesh for inciting the cadre but failing to pull them out of the vagaries of legal cases. When the TDP activists are busy trying to get bail for themselves, their families are trying to make both ends meet. Both Lokesh and father, N. Chandrababu Naidu, have been provoking the cadre to become aggressive and violent but not caring two hoots for pulling them out of the consequences, the YCP leaders pointed out.

Recently, during Naidu’s tour in Punganur, the cadre gathered in large numbers and attacked the policemen, following which cases were booked against hundreds of TDP activists, the ruling party leaders reminded.

Further, the YCP lambasted Lokesh for his statements on ‘killing and thrashing’ the YCP men after coming to power in the next elections. “Is this the way a politician should speak? Any elected representative would promise to lay roads or do something else constructive but Lokesh is speaking about vendetta politics which is unbecoming for a promising politician,” the ruling party leaders asked.

Any politician should be able to give assurance to the public about development and better life but Lokesh seems to be belligerent and on the attack mode, they said and wondered if the ruling party cannot become violent now itself.

“But Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy and his cadre would never resort to such cheap behavior. They have always been aiming to impress the public through their good deeds. Never did Jagan try to show his heroism by intimidating the public,” they said.

The public is watching everything and would teach a lesson to such leaders in a befitting manner when the right time comes.
