Twist: Gajuwaka MLA’s Son Takes U-Turn

Political dynamics in Andhra Pradesh are unfolding like a dramatic plot twist. In a surprising turn of events, Gajuwaka MLA Tippala Nagi Reddy’s son, Devan Reddy, reportedly resigned from the party and relinquished the Gajuwaka YCP in-charge post just a day ago. Speculation arose as Devan Reddy became inaccessible, and Nagi Reddy seemingly turned off his phone.

However, within a mere 24-hour span, the narrative took a sharp U-turn. YV Subba Reddy, acting as a troubleshooter, swiftly intervened, holding discussions with both Nagi Reddy and Devan Reddy. A photo from the meeting was circulated on social media, hinting at Subba Reddy’s role in resolving the situation, likely under the directives of Chief Minister Jagan.

Following the meeting with Subba Reddy, Devan Reddy refuted the reports of his departure from YCP. He questioned the basis for such rumors, emphasizing his commitment to the party, especially given that his father is the incumbent MLA within the YSRCP. Devan Reddy declared his willingness to adhere to any directives issued by the party hierarchy.

The swift denial and clarification by Devan Reddy, post the meeting with Subba Reddy, suggests that the YSRCP leadership, under Jagan’s guidance, has successfully managed to address and mitigate the reported discord within the party. The fact that they promptly addressed the situation indicates a strategic approach to maintain unity within the YSRCP.
