Modi Apologizes To Lord Shri Ram: Here’s Why

Prime Minister Narendra Modi took part in the inaugural ceremony of Ayodhya Shri Ram Mandir today and he debriefed the nation after the event. On the occasion, he apologized to Lord Shri Ram, and here is why.

Modi said “Today on this auspicious occasion, I also apologise to Lord Shri Ram. There must be something lacking in our effort, sacrifice, and persistence that we could not do this work for so many centuries. Today the work has been completed. I believe that Lord Shri Ram will definitely forgive us today”.

Modi commented that the construction of the Ram Mandir in Ayodhya has been a patient, enduring, and challenging process. He delivered a high moment to the crowd with his speech by saying “Ram is the faith of India, Ram is the foundation of India. Ram is the idea of India, Ram is the law of India. Ram is the prestige of India, Ram is the glory of India’.

With the auspicious ceremony today, a 500-year-long wait to have Lord Shri Ram at his birthplace comes to an end. The temple will be open for public from January 23rd with the tickets being available online and offline.
