Pawan’s Sweet Gesture on Mom’s Birthday

Deputy CM Pawan Kalyan once again showcased his love for animals during his visit to Visakhapatnam on Tuesday. After taking charge as the Forest Minister, Pawan Kalyan has been actively highlighting the importance of animal welfare and environmental protection.

As part of his visit, Pawan Kalyan toured the Indira Gandhi Zoological Park, where he inaugurated a newly developed bear enclosure. He later visited several other enclosures, including those of elephants, black bears, tigers, and lions, and interacted with zoo officials to understand the care, food, and conservation measures being followed.

Pawan Kalyan personally fed elephants and giraffes, drawing attention to his hands-on approach towards animal welfare. He also spent time playing with parrots, delighting visitors and staff at the zoo.

On the occasion of his mother Anjana Devi’s birthday, Pawan Kalyan announced that he would adopt two giraffes at the zoo for an entire year. He said he would personally bear all expenses related to their care and upkeep.

The Deputy CM also appealed to corporate organisations to come forward and support animal conservation efforts. Later, he inaugurated the Urban Forest at Kambalakonda Eco Park and took part in a canopy walk on the wooden bridge, where officials explained the plant species and ecological features of the area.

Officials believe that Pawan Kalyan’s visit will help raise public awareness about environmental protection and animal welfare.
