Is Pawan Kalyan Unhappy With Brother Naga Babu?

Andhra Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan’s elder brother, Naga Babu, was appointed as an MLC by the NDA government, securing a respectable and prominent position in the Legislative Council.

However, despite holding this post, Naga Babu has maintained only an occasional presence in active politics, making limited appearances instead of sustaining consistent political engagement.

At this juncture, reports suggest that Pawan Kalyan expressed disappointment with Naga Babu while addressing the Janasena general body meeting recently.

According to internal reports, Pawan Kalyan questioned how Naga Babu finds time to comment on women’s clothing choices and post on social media, but not enough time to respond to the Tirumala laddu adulteration issue, and the fake narrative of YCP leaders.

Kalyan reportedly conveyed his dissatisfaction with Naga Babu and some other Janasena leaders for remaining silent on the Tirumala Laddu controversy and for not strongly defending the party at a time when the YCP has been attacking the JSP narrative.

It appears that Kalyan wants greater participation from the Janasena leadership, including his brother, and made it clear that he cannot handle the entire political burden alone while others stay quiet. Reports that he publicly pulled up Naga Babu indicate his seriousness about strengthening party coordination and political accountability.

Interestingly, this was followed by a video shared by Naga Babu on social media in which he termed the YCP an anti Hindu party and criticised its stand on the Tirumala Laddu issue.
