Shocking Details! What Is In The Remand Report?

A remand report filed by the police has revealed several shocking details about the alleged drugs party held at the farmhouse of former MLA Rohit Reddy in Moinabad. The incident, which already created a sensation in both Telugu states, has now drawn national attention after the contents of the report surfaced.

According to investigators, the gathering took place near the swimming pool area of the farmhouse where guests were reportedly consuming alcohol and drugs. When the police team entered the property to conduct a search, they suddenly heard gunshots. Officers immediately identified themselves as police and shouted warnings asking those inside to stop firing.

Despite the warnings, gunshot sounds were reportedly heard again. At the same time, police claimed someone from inside shouted that firing could continue and that he would take responsibility for the consequences. The firing stopped only after the police team repeatedly shouted and moved closer to the area.

During the search, officers seized a pistol from a person identified as Namit Sharma near the bathroom area. Another individual holding empty bullet shells was also taken into custody. Altogether, eleven people including one woman were detained at the farmhouse for questioning.

The weapon recovered from the spot was said to be a German made .32 model pistol. Police questioned all those present separately. Initially most of them denied consuming drugs, but later one individual reportedly admitted to using cocaine. During a personal search, police found about two grams of cocaine with him.

Further questioning led investigators to another person named Kaushik, who allegedly admitted bringing the cocaine. He reportedly told police that he had purchased the drug during a business trip to Shimla from unidentified suppliers and brought it for the party.

Police also conducted on the spot drug tests using testing kits. Several individuals including Rohit Reddy and others reportedly tested positive in the preliminary examination. Samples were later sent for blood testing at a hospital for confirmation.

The remand report also stated that the pistol used in the firing was linked to Rohit Reddy’s brother, though it was found in the possession of Namit Sharma at the time of the incident. Police alleged that the shots were fired intentionally to scare those entering the property.

Investigators believe there was also an attempt to create confusion and possibly escape from the farmhouse after the firing. According to the report, some of the guests admitted that drugs were consumed along with alcohol during the gathering.

Blood tests conducted later reportedly confirmed drug traces in several individuals. The report claims that cocaine had been mixed with alcohol and consumed during the party. Police also suspect that the gathering was organized as a planned weekend party with invitations sent in advance.

The controversy also involved a TDP MP Putta Mahesh who was reportedly present at the farmhouse. Initial drug tests conducted at the spot had shown negative results for him. However, the police claimed that a later blood sample test indicated a positive result. Responding to the allegations, the MP released a video stating that he was not involved in any drugs related activity and denied the claims made in the report. Meanwhile, the TDP has sought an explanation from the MP regarding the entire episode.

The case continues to remain under investigation as authorities examine the evidence and statements recorded during the raid.
