YCP MP For Bandi Sanjay’s Son!

Telugu state politics have found a new firebrand point topic in the form of the POCSO case that has been filed against Karimnagar MP and union Minister Bandi Sanjay’s son Bhageerath. This youngster is named in a case pertaining to physical and mental abuse of a 17 year old girl and he’s currently absconding.

The latest news is that Bhageerath has filed a discharge petition at the Telangana High Court, pleading to be free of the allegations against him.

The interesting observation here is that this case is taken up by YSR Congress Rajya Sabha, MP Niranjan Reddy, who is a famous personality in Telugu Cinema as well.

Niranjan Reddy famously argued the cases related to the disproportionate assets of Jagan and also the Pushpa 2 stampede case against Allu Arjun. He is a fellow producer in the Telugu film industry as well, while actively pursuing a law career.

Niranjan Reddy is going to appear on behalf of Bhageerath at Telangana High Court and will fight for the disposal of the case. Considering the highly controversial nature of the same, he must be extremely sensitive about the circumstances.

But considering the super positive track record of Niranjan Reddy, who is one of the most exquisite lawyers in the Supreme Court, we have to see which way this case would steer from here on.
