No Hospital Bill If Patient Dies? CM Vijay’s Office Must React!

In this era of social media revolution, literally every small piece of information can go viral instantly and can reach every remote corner of the public. So politicians have to be extremely careful about the kind of content that they are putting out as frequent clarifications on certain matters are necessary.

Tamil Nadu chief minister Vijay is facing a similar scenario as a viral social media report that is being spread on his name is now going viral.

Since last afternoon, there have been multiple social media posts from unverified handles about chief minister Vijay saying that hospitals must stop billing families if a patient dies during treatment.

This quotation sounded very good to hear and has a strong public reach appeal, but there is no video evidence of Vijay actually saying something like this. But as we had mentioned earlier, this particular narrative is being carried extensively on social media, and it is drawing a lot of reaction.

So it is perhaps time for the chief minister’s office to react at an official capacity and either acknowledge or deny these speculations. The matter is turning severe as people are expressing opinions that hospitals might start to reject terminally ill patients if the CM really has such an opinion about stopping billing dead patients.

This is an extremely crucial and sensitive matter that concerns the economically weaker sections of the public, so the CM Office must react rather quick and effectively on this topic on priority.
