A few days ago, we have seen Former CM, YCP Chief YS Jagan Mohan Reddy speak in support of Ex-Minister Seediri Appalaraju’s son who killed a man in an accident.
“సిదిరి అప్పలరాజు కొడుకు 18 ఏళ్ల పిల్లోడు.. బైక్ నడుపుతూ , గుద్దితే ఓ వ్యక్తి చనిపోయాడు. నేనేమి ఆ కుర్రాడికి సపోర్ట్ చెయ్యలేదు కానీ అతను 18 ఏళ్ల పిల్లాడు…యాక్సిడెంట్స్ అన్నాక జరుగుతాయి.. అందుకని 18 ఏళ్ల పిల్లాడు మీద మర్డర్ కేసు పెడతారా?”. ఆ పిల్లోడికి ఏం తెలుసు? నిజంగా ఈ ప్రభుత్వానికి మానవత్వం ఉందా?,” Jagan said.
Jagan’s comments drew a huge flak from all quarters with people questioning how the Former CM could support someone who killed a man.
Appalaraju tried to frame his driver in this case to save his son. Media, however, exposed it. The Police who helped were suspended and Appalaraju was also booked.
Meanwhile, a TV Channel exposed the plight of the victim’s family who lost their only bread earner in the accident.
The wife is living with their only child feeding him biscuits dipped in water. The woman was weeping inconsolably at the loss of her husband not knowing how to feed the child.
Janasena Party made a video with Jagan’s comments and the victim’s family. They added a dialogue from Allu Arjun and Trivikram’s S/O Sathyamurthy – “ఆక్సిడెంట్ అంటే బైకో, కారో రోడ్ మీద పడటం కాదు పరం… ఒక కుటుంబం రోడ్ మీద పడిపోవడం”.
The Dialogue aptly summarises the plight of the family and exposes how insensitive Jagan Mohan Reddy was in the issue.
Then, YSR Congress leaders jointly donated ₹20 lakh to the family of Gaade Sai Krishna, a rowdy sheeter, alleging that he had died in police custody. However, they left this family to fend for itself.
People are pointing out that Jagan helped Sai Krishna’s family because he may benefit politically but it is not the case with this family.
