Konda Sushmitha Isn’t Stopping!

Konda Sushmitha has once again stepped up her attack on Telangana CM Revanth Reddy, making it clear that her fight is against the Chief Minister and not the Congress party.

Her latest comments come after the TPCC sought an explanation over her earlier remarks against Revanth Reddy and Parakala MLA Revoori Prakash Reddy. The party has taken her statements seriously and asked for an explanation within three days.

However, Sushmitha has refused to back down. She said that she never criticised the Congress party and that her target has always been Revanth Reddy. She also said that she has respect for Congress leaders Rahul Gandhi and Sonia Gandhi.

Sushmitha alleged that Revanth Reddy and his brothers were involved in serious corruption and irregularities. She said she decided to target the Chief Minister because of these alleged activities.

The major issue behind the latest controversy is the Parakala Assembly seat. Sushmitha questioned how Revanth Reddy could announce the candidate for the constituency. She argued that the decision to select candidates should be taken by the Congress high command and not by the Chief Minister alone.

Sushmitha also made it clear that she is determined to contest from Parakala. She said she is ready to contest even as an independent candidate if the Congress does not give her a ticket.

The controversy has now put the Konda family and the Telangana Congress leadership at odds once again. Earlier, Sushmitha had made strong allegations against Revanth Reddy and his family, claiming that she would expose more details if he responded to her criticism. Those remarks triggered a strong reaction from the party leadership.

The latest statements show that the issue is far from over. Even after the TPCC notice, Sushmitha has continued to target Revanth Reddy personally, while maintaining that she has no problem with the Congress party or its national leadership.
