The chief minister of Andhra Pradesh, Chandrababu Naidu had been repeatedly emphasising his commitment towards the completion of the long pending Polavaram project. He had promised to complete this project by the year 2027 and is racing against time to make it happen.
Today, a pretty big step in this direction has been taken as the left Canal of the Polavaram project has been launched and executed.
For the first time, the left Canal came to Operation today as Godavari Waters were released towards the Anakapalli district, which happens to be one of the biggest developments in connection with the project till date.
Naidu had been confidently saying that he will be the one to launch the culturally and economically significant Polavaram project and he’s making solid progress in this direction.
The inauguration of the left canal can be regarded as a pretty big milestone in this direction and the positive reinforcement is pretty much evident here.
Chandrababu paid the highest respect to the Godavari waters as he performed a perform Namaskaaram in front of the project as a token of respect and gratitude.
Once this project is completed, then the legacy of Chandrababu in this region will be beyond any doubt, and this could play a significant role in the 2029 election as well. There will be no stopping the wave that would be created by Babu in this area after the successful execution of this long delayed project.
