Rahul Gandhi Is British? Court Passed Big Verdict!

The opposition leader of India, Rahul Gandhi had been facing several personal attacks in the current political system. Apart from the character assassination plot, there is also the narrative to show him as an immigrant and a person who doesn’t belong to India.

In this context, there was this recent court case that was filed by an advocate where he argued that Rahul Gandhi is not Indian and he is of British descent.

However, when this case came to a hearing at Allahabad court, the verdict has been very straightforward, and the facts of the matter are extremely clear.

The Allahabad court pointed out that not a single valid document has been presented in this hearing to support the argument that Rahul Gandhi is British.

The fact that not even a single piece of evidence could be presented in court to strengthen the argument that Rahul Gandhi British citizen shows that this case was proxy in the first place.

The petition was withdrawn by the advocate, and it will no longer come to hearing at the court at this point in time. It turns out that this was just another attempt to sling mud at Rahul Gandhi as it has been the case for a long time now.

This allegation had originally surfaced in petitions and political statements since 2015 where a UK company records have been cited repeatedly. The MHA even sought a factual response from Rahul Gandhi in 2019 but there was no valid establishment till now.
