Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy pulled off a Political Blinder by ousting Konda Surekha from the Cabinet. There were reports in the media that Surekha is preparing to resign but Revanth Reddy acted swiftly and released ousting her.

With this, Revanth Reddy sent three key messages to the Party Leaders.

Internal Democracy is very high in the Congress Party. Any leader can aspire to become the Chief Minister and can make any statement before the media. They do not even care the Chief Minister.

The Democracy has become too much in the party in recent times. We have the likes of Raja Gopal Reddy and Konda Sushmitha making comments against the Chief Minister.

There were even rumours that Revanth Reddy will be replaced any time.

With this ousting, Revanth sent in a message that he has the complete support of the High Command and there is no threat to his seat whatsoever.

The second message is that he indicated that he will not hesitate to act on indiscipline and this move is expected to make sure everyone will fall in line.

The third message is that unlike the usual Congress style, he will not bend to the blackmail using caste and woman politics.

This episode has come handy to showcase himself as a Powerful leader in the Congress. It will also ensure that the Opposition do not talk low about him.
