‘Kshudra Pujalu’ In Telangana Politics, FIR On CM Revanth?

Telangana politics have become very explosive and entertaining in nature all of a sudden for the last few days. The kind of verbal exchange that is being observed between BRS and Congress followed by the significant physical tussle at the Assembly session recently have elevated the scene further.

Incidentally, for the last few weeks, many Congress leaders including CM Revanth Reddy, TPCC president Mahesh Kumar Goud, MLC Addanki Dayakar and others have been reiterating that former minister T Harish Rao is resorting to “Kshudra Poojas”.

They have been publicly commenting that Harish Rao is performing these black magic practices to reduce the rainfall percentage in Telangana. These comments went viral on social media and gained traction as well.

But this has evidently and understandably, not gone well with Harish Rao as he approached the national human rights commission on this campaign against him.

The human rights commission has taken very serious note of this matter and has instructed the Telangana DGP to immediately file FIR against Revanth Reddy and other Congress leaders in this connection.

The human rights commission further pointed out that a detailed report must be submitted on this matter within four weeks by the DGP himself. This is pretty significant action that is being taken against the chief minister and his top representatives over verbal remarks against Harish Rao.
