Andhra Pradesh politics took another aggressive turn after the announcement of the local body election schedule with intense clashes breaking out between TDP and YCP cadres at the ground level.
It has now arrived at a point where chief minister Chandrababu and YCP chief Jagan are directly involving in verbal exchanges. This got substantiated when Jagan had commented that CM Chandrababu is completely dominating the electoral body to favour the TDP in the election.
In response to this, the chief minister sat down for a conference today, and he addressed a wide range of topics.
Babu pointed out that Jagan had failed as a brother to Sharmila, a Menamama to his nephew and niece by grabbing their properties and also as the Chief minister of Andhra Pradesh by ruining the state. He labelled Jagan as an individual who has failed in every single capacity.
This was an extremely direct and personal remark from the chief minister, but that is the state of affairs in Andhra Pradesh politics these days. Both Jagan and Chandrababu have become extremely direct with their approach.
Chandrababu even spoke about the turn of events regarding the wedding ceremony of Sharmila’s daughter. “When Sharmila wanted to get her daughter, married at her house in Yelahanka Bangalore, Jagan tried to stop it in the name of security. Would any rational person do such a thing to stop his niece’s wedding?.”
