Even before taking charge as Telangana PCC chief, Revanth Reddy intervened in the water dispute between AP and Telangana. Revanth alleged that this is a political gimmick of KCR and YS Jagan.
Citing KCR’s lunch at Roja’s residence a few months back, Revanth Reddy said, “Having enjoyed Ragi Sankati and Naatu Kodi Pulusu, KCR assured Roja and YCP that he would help Rayalaseema transform into Ratnalaseema by providing water from Krishna river.”
However this comment did not go down well with Roja. Hitting back at the new T-PCC chief, she said, “I have no clue whether he is Revanth Reddy or Covert Reddy. Despite being in Congress, Revanth is still behaving like a TDP leader. I urge him not to do such silly politics.”
Roja also recalled the lunch hosted by Chandrababu to KCR previously. “The same Chandrababu arranged a special lunch for KCR and about 28 special dishes were made for Telangana CM. Where was Revanth then?’ questioned Roja.
It’s better to move over these ‘LUNCH’ comments while the key issue of water dispute between the Telugu states needs to be addressed at high priority.
