Suryakumar Yadav revealed that he encouraged Sanju Samson when the wicketkeeper batter was dropped early in the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2026. Surya told him it was a tough phase but he should stay prepared and grab the chance when it comes. Samson later made a strong comeback, scoring three half centuries and winning Player of the Tournament.
