Online ordering is slowly becoming costlier for customers. Swiggy has increased its platform fee from ₹14.99 to ₹17.58 per order, while Zomato recently raised its fee to ₹14.90. With both major platforms hiking charges, the overall cost of food and delivery is rising, making online orders more expensive than before.
