Hyderabad’s GHMC officials have seized a building in Yousufguda, Srinagar Colony, named after former Tamil Nadu CM late J. Jayalalithaa. The property had pending property taxes since 2017. Notices sent in February went unanswered, prompting GHMC, under AMC Balraj, to take action. Pending dues of ₹82.91 lakh may lose OTS scheme benefits, valid until March 31.
