Everest Tragedy: Hyd Climber’s Family Leaves Body On Peak

The family of Hyderabad mountaineer Arun Kumar Tiwari has decided not to retrieve his body from Mount Everest after his death near the Hillary Step. Calling Everest “Lord Shiva’s abode,” the family cited spiritual beliefs and the extreme dangers of recovery operations in the mountain’s deadly “Death Zone.”
