Madras HC: ‘Chief Minister Must Be Respected’

The Madras High Court dismissed the anticipatory bail plea of DMK MLA Anitha Radhakrishnan in a case over his alleged remarks against Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Joseph Vijay. The court observed that every citizen, especially public representatives, must respect the office of the Chief Minister.
