Pawan Bears Surgery Cost From His Own Pocket

Andhra Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan is personally bearing all expenses related to his shoulder surgery, including travel costs. Despite being eligible for government reimbursement, he has chosen not to use public funds for personal medical treatment, following the same practice he adopted during his earlier nose surgery.
