Chennai Airport To Get 5th Terminal After Parandur Setback?

The Airports Authority of India is planning a fifth terminal at Chennai International Airport with a capacity of 20 million passengers annually. The new terminal, proposed between the airport’s two runways, could take Chennai’s combined capacity to 55 MMPA, following the Tamil Nadu government’s decision to scrap the long-pending Parandur airport project.
