SC Grants Interim Protection To Journalist

The Supreme Court has granted interim protection from arrest to journalist Abhisek Upadhyay in a case registered by Ghaziabad Police over an alleged road rage incident. The court directed police to provide him a copy of the FIR and asked him to approach the Allahabad High Court for appropriate relief.
