TCS Cuts Variable Pay Amid Margin Pressure

Tata Consultancy Services has paid 60 to 70% of quarterly variable pay to mid and senior level employees for Q1. The payout is lower than the 80% given in the previous two quarters, amid margin pressure and increased investments in artificial intelligence. However, it remains higher year on year.
