Hyderabad Metro’s online services faced disruption on Saturday morning, leaving passengers struggling at stations. Due to a sensor related issue, commuters who had booked tickets online faced difficulties entering and exiting. Long queues formed at the gates, while station staff were reportedly unable to provide immediate relief as online services remained unavailable.
