Madras HC Dismisses Stalin’s Plea Over EVM Irregularities

The Madras High Court has dismissed DMK chief MK Stalin’s plea challenging TVK MLA Babu’s victory in Kolathur. Stalin had alleged EVM irregularities and sought 100% VVPAT counting. The court held that his writ petition was not maintainable, leaving Babu’s election victory intact.
