AP Congress Gets New Incharge

The Congress high command has appointed new incharges for several states. PV Mohan has been named Andhra Pradesh incharge, replacing Manickam Tagore. Sachin Pilot will take charge of Punjab ahead of the elections, while Sukhwinder Singh Bhagat has been appointed Chhattisgarh incharge and Srivell Prasad will handle Maharashtra.
