Rahul Gandhi’s plea against SIR was not listed in the Supreme Court’s cause list after the registry flagged 14 defects in the Opposition’s petition. These include a ₹220 court fee shortfall, missing vakalatnamas for nine petitioners, blurry copies of Mallikarjun Kharge’s ID and other missing documents. The petitioners have been asked to fix the defects.
