Official: Indian T20 Takes Tough Call, But Young Vaibhav Is In?

The Indian T20 management has taken one of the top calls in recent times as they have excluded Surya Kumar Yadav completely from the T20 team.

Just three months after winning the T20 World Cup for India Surya Kumar Yadav is no longer the captain of the team, and he is not a part of the squad either. He has been permanently replaced by Shreyas Iyer.

After having won the T20 World Cup, everyone thought Surya Kumar Yadav would be getting a bigger role in the Indian T20 team, but that is not the case as he has been completely removed from the set up. Consistent poor performances appear to have taken the toll.

Shreyas Iyer who had been one of the best performing players in the IPL in recent times has been appointed as a new captain, and this is a much welcome decision.

Along with that, one of the most talented players in global cricket at this point, Vaibhav Suryavanshi has been included in the team. This is a particularly good decision, considering that he has been in sensational form in the IPL.

With this, Vaibhav will be the youngest player in the history of Indian team to be included in the mind team now. His insane performances in the IPL are expected to replicate in the Indian team as well, and if that happens, he will be the next generation superstar of Indian cricket.
