Team India Players Racially Abused

Team India players have reportedly faced racially abusive comments from the Australian crowd during the on-going third Test between Australia and India at Sydney. Going into details, after the end of day two, players Jasprit Bumrah and Mohammed Siraj have lodged a complaint with the ICC match officials and the issue is said to be under investigation.

BCCI too has knowledge about this and an official added that such behaviour is unacceptable, talking to ANI. BCCI has reportedly contacted Cricket Australia and together they are jointly probing the incident. The Indian cricket board added that they are in complete solidarity with our boys simultaneously this issue should be looked at seriously.

Meanwhile Australia has gained advantage of the third test. On day three India were dismissed for 244 runs and the host gained 94 runs lead. At the end of the day, Australia were at 103 runs for the loss of two wickets and Labuschagne and Smith were at the crease.

On the other hand, injuries are scaring team India. Jadeja and Pant have suffered blows while they were bowling. They underwent scans and the BCCI medical team is assessing their injuries.
