With each day passing, the new Covid-19 cases are going up in Andhra Pradesh. In the last 24 hours, AP has posted 1,555 new cases and out of them 1,500 from the state while the rest 55 are of other states and foreign returnees.
This is for the first time that AP has posted over 1500 cases. 16,882 samples were tested yesterday while 13 people have died. The total death count went up to 277. The total cases in AP stand at 23,814.
904 people got discharged on Wednesday and the total number of people recovered of Covid-19 is 10,250. The active cases count stands at 11,383.
Meanwhile India has reported the biggest spike with 24,879 new cases. The total cases count is 7,67,296 while the death tally is 21,129.
