The Miss Universe India 2025 grand finale, held in Jaipur, ended with Manika Vishwakarma taking home the coveted crown. Last year’s winner Riya Singha crowned her successor in a glittering ceremony. With this victory, Manika will represent India at the 74th Miss Universe pageant in Thailand this November. Overnight, her name has become a hot topic across the country.
The competition saw strong performances from contestants across India. Tanya Sharma from Uttar Pradesh was declared first runner-up, Mohak Thingra took the second runner-up title, and Amishi Kaushik from Haryana finished third. But it was Manika’s beauty, confidence, and thoughtful answers that won over the judges and set her apart.
Born in Rajasthan and currently based in Delhi, Manika is in her final year of a degree in Political Science. A trained classical dancer, she has performed widely across India. She is also an accomplished painter and had earlier won the Miss Universe Rajasthan 2024 title. Beyond her artistic talents, Manika is equally passionate about social work. She founded Neuronova, an initiative that supports people suffering from neurological disorders. Her dedication to service, combined with her talent and confidence, has made her stand out in the pageant world.
Expressing her joy after the win, Manika said, “My journey started in Ganganagar and has now reached Delhi. If we believe in ourselves, anything is possible. I’m thankful to everyone who has supported me.” Now, all eyes are on Manika Vishwakarma as she prepares to represent India on the global stage at Miss Universe 2025.
