Sourav Ganguly’s Racing In Dubai, Trolled Heavily

The BCCI President Sourav Ganguly is currently in Dubai regarding the resumption of the 4th edition of the IPL and also for discussions about ICC t@0 World Cup. The BCCI officials finalized that the remaining 31 games of IPL 2021 will happen in UAE starting September 15, this year.

Meanwhile, the 48-year-old veteran cricketer took a break from the cricket discussions and went on to ride a racing car. Sourav Ganguly visited Dubai Autodrome in Dubai Motor City to experience a drive to the race. He posted a picture of himself in a red racing driver suit with a helmet in his hand. He captioned the picture, ‘Did the racing car today…it can generate unbelievable heat…’.

While there is a huge number of likes and positive comments initially, a lot of trolling on the post started dominating slowly. Ganguly was heavily criticized for the racing thrills and posting the same on social media. He was trolled for not acting sensibly during the pandemic situation. Many were even seen asking him to do something sensible for society instead of ‘foolish acts in pandemic’.

Many others were seen asking him to be cautious about his health as the former skipper recently recovered from an angioplasty surgery. Ganguly later removed the post from his timeline.
