Iran’s Warning to 18 tech Giants, What is Trump’s Reaction?

Amid heightened tensions and ongoing war negotiations, Iran’s military unit Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) has issued a stern warning to several US based tech giants including Google, Apple, Meta and Microsoft and threatened massive retaliation if Iranian leaders continue to be killed.

It is well known that both US and Israel have been deploying high-end war machinery using AI and ICT capabilities to attack key sectors of Iran. Supreme leader Ali Khamenei was also killed during this war in a well-coordinated airstrike using strategic locations intelligence.

It is widely believed that US has made use of sophisticated technology to locate his residence and whereabouts during this operation. The IRGC now alleges that 18 firms belonging to US are aiding and assisting operations against Iran from the past four weeks, causing irreparable loss to its resources and citizens. The militant group advised the employees of these tech companies in Middle East to immediately leave the workplaces and save themselves.

The group threatened that offices and assets linked to these firms across the Middle East region would be attacked as part of Iran’s response. Alongside major tech names, the list also included firms such as HP, Intel, IBM, and Cisco, as well as Tesla, Nvidia, Oracle, JP Morgan, and Boeing.

The Donald Trump administration has reacted strongly to this threat saying that US military is prepared to thwart any potential aggression from Tehran. Responding on these threats, Trump gave a mocking reply during his latest media interaction when he said there is nothing left with Iran to attack against the companies.

Meanwhile, White House has announced that Trump will address the nation over the Iran conflict on Wednesday night. This development marks a significant step because the war enters its second month from today.
