“Cinema should win,” Allu Arjun At Pushpa Event

Stylish Star Allu Arjun joined hands with director Sukumar for the exciting film Pushpa. The film will have a grand release in two parts. Titled Pushpa: The Rise, the film’s first part will hit the screens on 17th December. The makers organized a grand pre-release event on Sunday to kick-start the film’s promotions in a grand manner.

Allu Arjun began his speech in the Chittoor slang that he used in the film and thanked his ‘army’ for their continuous love and support.

“Pushpa is my first film with DSP in our third-decade journey in the film industry. DSP, as usual, gave his best to the film. I could not resist myself from praising DSP,” said Allu Arjun, by humming all the songs, which is a feast for the fans to watch.

Allu Arjun expressed his unhappiness for missing both Sukumar and Devi Sri Prasad at the pre-release event. “I know DSP is still working on giving the best BGM for me,” said the actor.

Allu Arjun also showered compliments to the film’s lyricist Chandrabose. “You have reached a level where your songs started inspiring people,” said Allu Arjun about Chandrabose’s lyricist.

“Rashmika is someone who is close to my heart. She is simple, sweet, beautiful, intelligent, and a very very very talented girl. I feel that she can do much more with the potential she has. Rashmika is a wonderful artist and I enjoyed working with her,” said Allu Arjun.

Allu Arjun also extended his thanks to Samantha. “She has given her best for the song and I thank her from the bottom of my heart,” said Bunny, mentioning that the song is ‘Taggede Le’.

“My brother from another motherland,” said Allu Arjun about Fahadh Faasil. “I enjoyed watching him perform live. I hope you all will enjoy watching the two of us perform,” said Bunny.

“If we get an appreciation for the film, it does not belong to me or Sukumar. It will be ours,” said Allu Arjun.

Before concluding his speech, Allu Arjun congratulated team Akhanda for the film’s success. “I could also congratulate my best wishes to the team on social media but I chose to do that only on this stage. We are happy with Akhanda’s success and we hope to continue the same,” said the actor.

“Ultimately, cinema should win,” said Allu Arjun, giving his wishes to Shyam Singha Roy, RRR, Bheemla Nayak, Radhe Shyam, and Acharya.

Allu Arjun also sent a personal request to theatre owners to sanitize theatres and provide a safe environment for the audience.

Devi Sri Prasad is the film’s music director. Mythri Movie Makers is bankrolling the project. Pushpa: The Rise is hitting the screens on 17th December in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, and Hindi languages.
