Superstar Mahesh Babu and director Anil Ravipudi had teamed up together for the film Sarileru Neekevvaru. It had hit the screens during the Sankranthi festive weekend of 2020 and emerged as a super hit at the box office. After that, it was reported that the duo will team up for another film as well.
Even director Anil Ravipudi revealed the same plan in some of his earlier interviews. But for some unknown reasons, the project didn’t take off yet. Meanwhile, Anil himself revealed its status in a recent interview.
Speaking to a Telugu news daily, Anil said, “After F3, I will be doing a film with Balakrishna. I had narrated a storyline to Mahesh Babu. He liked it as well. But he is currently busy with other projects. So, it may take some time for him to adjust dates and schedule my project.”
Though it may not happen anytime soon, the duo will team up once again for sure. Currently, Anil Ravipudi is busy with the works of F3. It features Venkatesh, Varun Tej, Tamannaah and Mehreen Pirzada in the lead roles.
