Samantha Is Nailing The 30 Kg Dumbell Squats Like A Pro

Samantha is a big-time fitness maniac and her posts and interests on social media can vouch for the same. Just like her many inspiring posts in the past, Sam once again aced weight lifting in her latest video.

Her intense workout video today on Instagram stories is a much-needed motivation for all of us on mundane Mondays. It is time to take fitness cues from the actress’s morning routines. She lifted heavy dumbbells of 30 kilos as she did squats simultaneously.

Sam also mentions that she is doing intense workouts only because she is scared of her fitness instructor or else wouldn’t lift such heavyweights, which are the half size of her. No matter what, she is surely setting fitness goals pretty high.

The actress is known for doing various forms of workouts including aerial yoga, meditation, parkour, and weightlifting. Samantha believes in eating right. On the work front, Samantha has wrapped up shooting for the mythological film Shaakuntalam, directed by Gunasekhar. She also completed Kaathu Vaakula Rendu Kaadhal starring Nayanthara and Vijay Sethupathi.

On Dussehra, Sam announced two new bilingual films- one with director duo Harish and Hari Shankar and another with Shantaruban Gnanasekharan.
