Hero Sharwanand’s out and out entertainer Aadavallu Meeku Johaarlu is all set for a grand release worldwide on March 4th. Rashmika Mandanna is the female lead in the movie helmed by Tirumala Kishore and produced by Sudhakar Cherukuri on SLV Cinemas banner. Rockstar Devi Sri Prasad who provided music for the film interacted with media to share his experience of working for the film.
How’s it working with Tirumala Kishore?
It’s my fourth film with the director. I feel very comfortable working with him. He is a very creative person. He makes sure his films have good importance for music. According to me, Aadavallu Meeku Johaarlu is the best movie in Tirumala Kishore’s career. I tuned Mangalyam song instantly, when we were discussing about the story on zoom calls. Coming to title song, we wanted to add fun to give a quirkiness to it.
What’s your thoughts on working for a family entertainer?
AMJ is a love story laced with family emotions and fun elements. Sharwanand is simply superb and has come up with career best performance. Rashmika who played a village belle in Pushpa will be seen as an urban girl in AMJ. It’s a big advantage for her to show different variations in short period. Khushboo, Radhika, and Urvashi are the big assets of the film. It’s a film to be watched with all the family members. Every section of the audience will enjoy this one. I’ve already watched the movie three during the mixing.
Did this film recall any of your personal memories?
The film’s teaser and trailer alone disclosed plotline of the movie. The story and the protagonist’s character have similarities with my personal life. Whenever I go to my native place, I’m surrounded by all the family members. My cousins gave me lots of love and affection. I used to send the photographs to my director, whenever I went to my hometown.
If you had to tell Johaar, whom would you tell?
My mom is everything to me, as you all know. Undoubtedly, I’ll tell Johaar to her only. She makes sure everyone in our family is happy. My father had a heart stroke at the age of 32. She looked after him like a child.
How important is music for this film?
I’ve scored different tunes for the film. It has good scope for the music. There is another song which we haven’t released yet. It’s a surprise.
How’s it working with Sharwanand?
I know Sharwanand who did a role in Shankar Dada MBBS. We always wanted to do a film together. Finally, we got to associate again, after all these years. Sharwa is a cool person and we had good time, while shooting for a song in Goa.
What are your next projects?
I’m working right now for F3. I’ doing Chiranjeevi-Bobby, Pawan Kalyan-Harish Shankar movies and Vaishnav Tej’s Ranga Ranga Vaibhavanga. Apart from these, I am also doing a Bollywood movie.
