The film carried so much hype and buzz. In fact, the film did more buzz in Hindi than the Telugu states before its release. It is super rare for a debutante hero like Vijay in Bollywood.
However, people who have watched Liger were surprised and shocked as many of them expected and waited for Vijay’s nude-scene that is conspicuously missing in the film.
Whereas during the film’s promotions, Vijay’s nude pictures were all over the internet where he was seen baring his whole body and just covering his private part with a bunch of roses. These pictures have created a lot of noise in Bollywood and Tollywood.
But the audience who watched Liger were utterly shocked as there is no such scene in the film at all. Many were wondering whether releasing these nude-shoot pictures was just a marketing gimmick to grab attention or those scenes were deleted in the editing.
