During this, Tahsildar Prasada Rao representing Vizianagaram district donned getup akin to Kantara and stunned everyone. That’s not all. Prasad Rao enthralled the gathering with his long monologue from the film. This won the praises of Guntur district collector Delhi Rao who appreciated him and took a selfie with Prasad Rao. Other revenue officials too heaped praises on Prasad Rao and his acting.
