It is all official. Rana Naidu Season 2 is arriving. None other than the OTT platform Netflix has confirmed this with an announcement teaser. The first season might have garnered mixed talk especially owing to its bold talk. Traditional and conventional fans of Venkatesh couldn’t take the bold content. However, not bogged down by such criticism, the makers have now come up with Season 2.
The glimpse of Season 2 is revealed today. As usual, Venkatesh’s never-seen-before bold role had already become the talk of the town.Directors duo Suparna Verma and Karan Anshuman who directed the first season are going to direct the season 2 as well.
During the promotions of Season 1, when Venkatesh and the makers of Rana Naidu were posed about the Season 2, they have said it depends on the success of Season 1.
Looks like the makers are content with the response for Season 1 and decided to go with Season 2. It can be noted that Rana Naidu’s web series is inspired from the American crime drama series Ray Donovan. The American crime drama has a total of seven seasons.
