Producer Still Paying Balakrishna’s Film Debts!

Nandamuri Balakrishna’s Maharathi is a big flop at the box-office. P Vasu directed the film and Vakada Apparao produced it. The film released in the year 2007 but the film’s producer Apparao is still struggling to pay off the debts that he incurred with the movie. The film has pushed Apparao into a deep financial crisis. The movie left huge losses to him that he is not able to come out of it yet.

Vakada Apparao is a senior executive producer in the Telugu film industry. He has worked on a lot of super hit films and released some Tamil films in Telugu. Vakada Apparao dubbed a lot of Tamil movies, made by Super Good Films in Telugu. Vakada Apparao interacted with a Youtube channel where he opened up that he is still paying off the debts.

“A few financiers came on board to fund our movie and we began the film’s shoot. But, when the film was in the making stage, they backed off. We were shooting the film at Nainital. In that situation, I ran from corner to corner to bring money to take the film’s shoot forward. I was not concerned about the making of the film and was busy in procuring the funds. One of my friends helped with a bank loan of 4 crores. I could not concentrate on the film’s script. The film failed and it took me a lot of time to recover from the losses. I am still paying off the debts to the financiers.” revealed Apparao.
