Remuneration Is Not An Issue: Naresh VK

Actor Naresh Vijaya Krishna aka Naresh VK achieved many attainments in his 50 years long career as an actor. On the occasion of completing Golden Jubilee, the actor interacted with the media to share his journey in the industry and also his future plans.

“I initially thought acting as a hero in one film would be enough. Unexpectedly, I got two film offers- my mom’s Prema Sankellu and Jandhyala’s Nalugu Sthambhalata. I had an amazing career start with Nalugu Sthambhalata. In my first innings, I had the opportunity to work with Jandhyala garu, Amma (Vijaya Nirmala), Vishwanath garu, Bapu garu, Ramana garu, EVV Satyanarayana garu, Vamsi garu, Relangi Narasimha Rao garu, … All of them laid the foundation for my success. On this occasion, I thank everyone.”

The actor who did some amazing roles in his second innings also entered politics long ago. However, he says he doesn’t want to divert his focus to politics now.

Naresh has been doing movies on top banners, besides starring in low-budget ventures. “Remuneration is not an issue for me if I like the story and character. I also have plans of developing Vijaya Krishna Green Studios into a complete modern studio.”

He also expressed his wish to see his son Naveen as a director.
