Did Tillu Really Reject Megastar Chiru’s Film?

Young hero Siddhu Jonnalagadda is riding high on the success of his latest film “Tillu Squre.” Released last Friday, the movie has shattered box office records, grossing a phenomenal ₹45 crores ‘gross’ in just two days. This marks the highest collection in Jonnalagadda’s career, taking his position as a rising star in Telugu cinema to a new level.

Recently, rumors popped up everywhere claiming Jonnalagadda had turned down a role in a film starring megastar Chiranjeevi. The actor chose to remain silent on the matter until a recent interview. He expressed his immense respect for Chiranjeevi, calling him a “super human” and the first name that comes to mind when it comes to the Telugu film industry. While the ‘DJ Tillu’ confirmed missing out on the opportunity due to undisclosed reasons, he maintains his desire to work with Chiranjeevi. He emphasizes that any project with the megastar should be a “milestone film” in his career.

Earlier, when Megastar Chiru thought of remaking Malayalam film “Bro Daddy”, Siddhu was considered for the son role after Sharwanand decided not to take it up. Later, Megastar himself dropped the idea of remaking the movie, and then he rejected another son-father story written by Prasanna, which is now being done by Sandeep Kishan.
